It’s quick and easy to set up an account. Simply complete our registration form and we’ll be in touch within 2 working days . As soon as you have an account, you can select from our wide range of designs, card types and prices from £5 to £1000, and then place your order.  We’ll then send your gift cards within 3 working days following payment.  Digital gift cards will arrive instantly to your inbox, or your recipients.

Our gift cards are always sent out inactive so they will need to be activated when you receive them. We’ll send you activation instructions with your delivery.  E-gift cards can be spent immediately once the email is received. Please ‘Tap to Use’.

Yes we do! We offer a variety of different designs that are open value, along with pre-denominated gift cards in the values of £5, £10, £20, £25, £50 & £100. When you place your order, you will be able to select the gift cards you want to buy and the amount you want to load on each.

Our open value cards can be loaded with up to £1,000 each.  Alternatively, you can purchase pre-dominated gift cards with values of £5, £10, £20, £25, £50 & £100.

Payment can be made by CHAPS. Once your payment has cleared (1 working day) your order will be despatched within 1 working day.
Payment can be made by BACS. Once your payment has cleared (up to 3 working days) your order will be despatched within 1 working day.

We don’t accept credit or debit card payments. We accept CHAPS, BACS or Faster Payment as payment on business-to-business gift card orders.

What happens if I have lost my ASDA gift card or it has been stolen?

My card is faulty, what do I do?

Don’t worry, as long as you’ve registered your card at www.asdagiftcards.com you’re covered! Please log into your account and click on the ‘lost or stolen’ button under the card you wish to report as lost, faulty or stolen. Once you’ve done this, the funds on the card will be void and unusable. We offer two replacement card options:

  • A digital card which is instantly delivered to your email. These are digital wallet compatible , meaning you can add the gift card to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
  • Send a replacement card by post. Please be aware this will take 7-10 working days to arrive with you.

The remaining balance you had left on the card when you reported will be applied to your replacement. Please make sure when you receive your new card, you log back into your account and register your new card. We’re sorry to say, if you have not registered your card with us, we cannot replace your card.

If you have registered your gift card online already, please log into your account and report your card as faulty in the ‘Registered Gift Cards’ section. We will then email/post out a replacement to you within 7-10 working days.

I want to return an item I bought using an ASDA gift card, how will I get a refund?

Absolutely! ASDA Rewards can be earned as normal when a gift card is used to make purchases.

Gift cards need to be activated after you’ve received them.  Activation instructions will be provided with your delivery.  Once active, your gift cards will be ready to spend as soon as the email is received. Please ‘Tap to Use’.

ASDA gift cards can be used in full or part payment in ASDA stores, however they cannot be used at ASDA Express stores and Petrol Station sites.  They cannot be used to purchase third party concessions or products; gift cards, tobacco, stamps, fuel, lottery tickets or phone top-ups. You can use your gift card to pay for purchases on groceries.asda.com and on George.com, simply add the gift card number and the PIN in the gift card section at check out. Any unused balance remains on the card until you spend it. An ASDA e-gift card will be sent to your recipient by email.  They can either print the e-gift card or simply present their smartphone with the barcode clearly visible at the till point.

Once your payment has cleared, we’ll aim to have your order with you within 3 working days. We’ll send you an email to let you know once your payment has cleared and when your order has been dispatched.  If you pay via faster payment, we will approve your order to be dispatched within 24 hours. If you pay via CHAPS, we will approve your order to be dispatched within 48 hours. If you pay via BACS, we will approve your order to be dispatched within 72 hours.

Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days of your funds clearing. Once you’ve received your order, please log into your account to activate your gift cards.

Why is my gift card ‘locked’ and why can’t I use it?

ASDA gift cards are valid for a period of 2 years from your last transaction and any unused balance will be lost after this date.

As a security measure, we send all our cards out inactive. This means that funds are not loaded onto your cards until they are securely in your possession. Once you receive your cards, please log into your online account to activate your gift cards. All our customers can check the balances on their gift cards at asdagiftcards.com. We recommend all our customers to register their gift cards to protect their balance.

What happens if I have lost my ASDA gift card or it has been stolen?
