To create your corporate account, you can register with us here. Once you have submitted your details, we will contact you within 2 working days to let you know if you have been approved to order from us. Once approved, you can then place your orders via your business log in.

As a responsible retailer, we have to carry out checks and approve all our business buyers; this process usually takes around 2 working days. Don’t worry though, once your corporate account has been approved you will not need to go through this process again.

You will receive an invoice from us via email with our bank information. We accept payment via CHAPS, BACS or Faster Payment.

If you pay via faster payment, we will approve your order to be dispatched within 24 hours.
If you pay via CHAPS, we will approve your order to be dispatched within 48 hours.
If you pay via BACS, we will approve your order to be dispatched within 72 hours.

We don’t accept credit or debit card payments. We accept CHAPS, BACS or Faster Payment as payment on business to business gift card orders.

We’re sorry, we don’t accept orders over the phone.

To place an order with us, you will need to register to become an approved buyer. To register, please fill out the form here. Yes we do. We offer a very competitive discount rate on bulk gift card orders. Our discount levels are:

  • Orders between £1,000 and £10,000 receive 2.5% discount
  • Orders above £10,000+ receive 4%

You can chose from nine different cards too, three open value gift cards which you can load from £1 to £1,000 or pre-loaded gift cards in values of £5, £10, £20, £25, £50 and £100.

Once your payment has cleared, we’ll aim to have your order with you within 3 working days. We'll send you an email to let you know once your payment has cleared and when your order has been dispatched. Faster Payment is the quickest payment method, taking typically being instant up to a maximum of 2 hours, although you can also use BACS and CHAPS as a payment method.

Yes we do! We offer 3 different designs that are open value, along with pre-denominated gift cards in the values of £5, £10, £20, £25, £50 & £100. When you place your order, you will be able to select the gift cards you want to buy and the amount you want to load on each.

Our 3 open value cards can be loaded with up to £1,000 each, plus you can purchase pre-dominated gift cards with values of £5, £10, £20, £25, £50 & £100.

Although our gift cards don’t expire, we recommend all our customers use their card once every 2 years to keep the card fully active.

As a security measure, we send all our cards out blank. This means that funds are not loaded onto your cards until they are securely in your possession. Once you receive your cards, please log into your online account to activate your gift cards. All our customers can check the balances on their gift cards at www.asdagiftcards.com. We recommend all our customers to register their gift cards to protect their balance.

We work hard to stop fraud so all our cards are monitored for unusual activity. Your card will have been locked either because it displayed erratic spending behaviour that was out of the ordinary, or because it has been used before any money has been loaded onto it.

Asda's  e-giftcard can be redeemed in any one of our 600+ stores or online at groceries.asda.com and george.com.

Simply order in the usual way through our site, here. Just see the note at the top of the page on e-gift ordering.

  1. At george.com using the card and PIN number.
  2. In-store, by presenting it on the screen of a mobile device.
  3. In-store, by bringing a print-out of it.
  4. At groceries.asda.com using the card and PIN number.

You can use the Asda e-gift card online at groceries.asda.com and george.com. Just a reminder also, the e-gift card can be used in-store at Asda apart from concessions, petrol stations and the lottery.

Gift cards can be redeemed in any one of our 600+ stores and online at groceries.asda.com and george.com.

The answer is, yes! You can now use your gift card on groceries.asda.com as well as George.com, and in-store.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. The balance on the card can be spent in any Asda store excluding 3rd party concessions, lottery tickets, petrol or online.

No. Any unused balance remains on the card, funds can be spent on multiple transactions.
